Dr. Fernando Santos Alvite is an Ecuadorian lawyer and formerly the Minister of Energy and Mining. He was the head of the OPEC Legal Affairs Unit and was based in Vienna, Austria. for a number of years.  Dr. Santos has a deep knowledge of the energy sector in Ecuador and is committed to promoting the sustainable development of communities affected by the energy industry.
